Al Bonian Facilities Management is a market-leading provider of Integrated Facilities Management Solutions in the UAE. We specialise in bespoke FM solutions combined with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) engineering expertise — delivering the full spectrum of services, from attentive soft services to expert-level hard services.

Our regional operations began in 1987, with our Dubai operations launching in 1997. This established background in MEP design, contracting, and maintenance forms the foundation of our current growth and reputation. Today, Al Bonian FM serves a diverse portfolio spanning Residential, Commercial, Retail, Hospitality, and Industrial sectors — from single property contracts through to comprehensive multi-site account portfolios.

Our In-House Team

At the heart of our operation is an expert in-house team of over 200 MEP Technicians and Team Leaders, experienced in maintaining complex Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems across factories, hotels, malls, high-rise towers, and residential compounds. Our in-house capabilities allow us to manage the majority of services directly, ensuring quality, speed, and accountability at every step.
